NEW YORK BUILDING REDESIGN

This project consists of the redesign of the façade of an existing building in the New York city centre.

The project idea is to create a new ‘skin’, which gives the building a second layer with which to manage both direct sunlight as well as other temperature changes in the surrounding atmosphere, thus being able to take advantage of either warm or cold conditions and give the building a better level of energy efficiency.
